Donald Bell, Founder and President of Freedom One Mobile Notary & Financial Services, has spent the last 25 plus years working as an Management Accountant, for various entertainment companies. He bring a wide range of Financial, Management, Fiduciary and Accounting services to the table. With degrees in Business Management, Accounting and Social & Behavior Sciences. Mr. Bell believes in bringing nothing but quality and professional services to all of his clients, big or small.

In addition to his accounting and financial career, Donald is also a professional Musician and Recording artist. He has recorded a number of CD's and have toured around the world. He started his notary business in 2021 in addition to some other endeavors, including a Non-profit 501 (c) 3 called the Charles & Delores Bell Foundation, which is geared towards Mentorship, Health, Arts & Music and Social Change in the community, Because He wanted to be helpful in this space, and make a difference, to those in his community and abroad. 

As a CEO for over 30 years of his own Entertainment Company (BBE, LLC) this has given him the organization and structural skills to meet any and all tasks. Working for and with such fortune 500 companies like, Warner  Music Group, MGM and 20th Century Fox, Lion's Gate and The Tennis Channel, just to name a few. This has undoubtedly prepared him for the next chapter in his professional career - Simply put, we're here to serve our clients and to make sure their experience is one, that will create, a lasting working relationship.
